Partnership and Sponsorship

When you’re business partners with Phoenix Domestic Abuse Services, you are showing your commitment to equality in our communities and in making home life safe for families and children. You are helping to contribute to our mission to end domestic abuse in all its forms and acknowledge that we all have a role to play in making this happen. As a charity we believe that perpetrators of domestic abuse need to be held to account for their behaviours but that we also need to work with those that want to change so we can improve the lives of those affected and for future generations. This change is only possible when our society stops ignoring the issue and openly begins to challenge the things we see everyday. Through working with us our business partners are clearly stating to their staff, customers, clients and investors that they want to be part of the solution not part of the problem.

As a charity we work with:

Male and female victims,

Male and female perpetrators, teenagers and children who have been affected by domestic abuse.

Despite our open, non gendered criteria we see clearly that women are disproportionately affected by domestic abuse and the majority of abuse continues to be perpetrated by men. Although these men make up only a small portion of our society we strongly believe that, in order to truly challenge this, we need to involve men in our solutions. Through educating men to recognise and challenge their peers we will begin to make it more difficult for those perpetrating abuse to continue condoning their own behaviour and move to a place where they may seek help to change. As such we are particularly keen to work with businesses who employ a high percentage of men in their workforce who are willing to make a clear statement about their support of work to eradicate this behaviour in our local communities.

All packages can be discussed further and can be tailored to your business objectives.

Other opportunities

In Kind Support

As a charity we have to think really carefully about how we use our resources, this can mean that we lack some of the skills and expertise that would help us to thrive. We know that businesses have all of these expertise and we would love to hear fro you if you think you can help us by giving a few hours of staff time or offering other support.
