Introduction to domestic abuse, recognising signs, the dynamics of an abusive relationship, seeking help and sharing best practice.
Increasing the Safety of Domestic Abuse Victims Cost £50
Risk assessing for victims of domestic abuse – including theory of CAADA – DASHRA tool and how to complete proforma and ongoing referral to the MARAC process and safety planning.
Understanding the Effects of Domestic Abuse on Children Cost £50
Understanding the effects of domestic abuse on children and considering the impact on children of various ages.
Understanding Perpetrators of Domestic Abuse Cost £50
Provide an introduction to understanding abusive behaviour in relationships and the issues facing professionals dealing with perpetrators of domestic abuse.
All courses are a full day and learners will need to have completed the Domestic Abuse Awareness Training prior to attending any of the other courses.
