Domestic Abuse Victim/Survivor/Thriver Programmes

Phoenix Domestic Abuse Services has been offering group programmes to victims of domestic abuse for over 10 years.

The Phoenix Programme is a two stage learning and understanding experience.  Stage One (Knowledge) has been designed to help victims understand domestic abuse and how it has affected their lives.  Stage Two (Dignity) ensures that attendees recognise their power and choices to become survivors and ultimately thrivers by improving resilience and teaching techniques for achieving their own goals.
